I have had no coverage for over three weeks. I have just received a monthly bill. Should I pay it?

You must pay. After things are fixed you can see if they will give you some sort of compensation, but it's not guaranteed

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yes if you want to avoid financial stress.

Speak to O2 about your signal issues but definitely pay your bill.
