Dear Sir or Madam,
I am not happy about the 36% cost increase from April 2025. I would like to cancel my contract. How do I do this, please?
Thanks,
Sven

This is not customer services and all the information on how to do this in the email you received from o2, if you didnt receive the email as yet then you will have wait..
But let me post it below for you...
You can cancel your contract any time in the next 30 days by calling 202, free from your O2 phone, or on 0344 809 0202. If there’s an outstanding amount left on your device plan, this will still need to be paid off, either by continuing with the installments already set up, or you can opt to pay it off in full.
