Hi,
I am unable to upgrade my iphone using the web site; it takes me through phone selecton, package etc etc then collapses ie I get a message something like 'Hmmm... we're having difficulty finding that page...' does anyone know of a solution? I tried phoning but there are no numbers on the website so I used a number I have on my phone which returns a number unobtainable tone - HELP!!

Thanks for all that information, I have spent about 3 hours yesterday and today trying to upgrade a phone, so I called them using one of the numbers you posted which worked!! But....I followed all the voice prompts only to be told at the end to go online (to the defective website, see my original post) O2 are losing out but I understand the problems however cash is king and they are not getting mine despite my best efforts.
Thanks again for your help but I think I'll leave it a week or so before I try again, Stay safe!!

Have you tried using IE or Edge browsers on a PC?
