Hi,

 

I am unable to upgrade my iphone using the web site; it takes me through phone selecton, package etc etc then collapses ie I get a message something like 'Hmmm... we're having difficulty finding that page...' does anyone know of a solution? I tried phoning but there are no numbers on the website so I used a number I have on my phone which returns a number unobtainable tone - HELP!!

Hello
I have two mobiles on my account mine and my sons, he's due an upgrade and his current phone is damaged so it's got limited use, the bill is in my name and someone was going to call me on my number as I'm the account holder regarding his upgrade, they did I was put on hold and then it cut off since then I've tried calling back but I get an automated message saying if we need to call you back we will, we'll you do but you haven't and I'm still waiting

Hi,

 

Thanks for all that information, I have spent about 3 hours yesterday and today trying to upgrade a phone, so I called them using one of the numbers you posted which worked!! But....I followed all the voice prompts only to be told at the end to go online (to the defective website, see my original post) O2 are losing out but I understand the problems however cash is king and they are not getting mine despite my best efforts.

 

Thanks again for your help but I think I'll leave it a week or so before I try again, Stay safe!!
