Change Account Owner

My mum currently is the owner of the account as she bought the phone for me. I would like to swap this into my name.

How do i do this?

Not possible sadly. You will need to take a new contract in your name then ask your Mum to cancel hers and transfer the number to you.
Only do this when the contract is up for renewal or else there will be charges to pay for early cancellation.
