We have been charged £42 for data usage in Albania - but we have not been to Albania. We have been to Greece in the last 2 weeks and then the UK and no where else. Please can you explain and/or deduct the charges. Thanks, Sarah

To avoid future charges change the phone settings to manual network selection and ensure you choose a local network
