Hi @Steph2
You can't do it from the app.
Follow the instructions here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-address-in-my-o2
To change your address, sign in to My O2 from a computer, laptop or tablet and follow these steps:
- choose the mobile number you want to change the address for
- select Bills at the top of the My Device page
- scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Change my billing address
- we'll send a code to your device
- enter the code and fill in the form to change your address.
Hope that helps and welcome to the forum
Edited to add, if you don't have a computer, laptop or tablet then customer services can do it for you.

I am just logging in to say that nothing makes sense with O2. I have never used website or app designed as bad as this and I have changed 6 networks in my lifespan already.
I will bug them until I speak to every single employee about this issue and maybe someone will understand who changing your billing address should be easy
INSTEAD OF a map and a handbook from a forum where to locate this. Thank you though, but their design is dumB AF

Try this...
You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and payment details will allow you to change your bank details. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
