Hi, I have an Iphone SE on a SIM only tarriff and when I sign in to my O2 it is still showing my old Iphone 7 details. I want to get the Visual Voicemail bolt on but it is not showing as available because it thinks I have my old 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Marbles

It's nothing to do with what phone it says in your MyO2.

You need to call customer service to ask them to add iData to your account.

Hi, Marbles, you will need to give o2 a ring on 202 or try o2 Live Chat via myo2, so that they can help sort this out for you. Let me know how you get on. slight_smile

@Marbles

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

That's brilliant, thanks a lot. I'd tried to phone earlier today, but they made me feel as if I shouldn't be bothering them at the moment. I will now persevere!

Good luck.
They should most definitely be helping you especially as this is a mistake they made by not adding it in the first place.
