Change name on account

Hello,

 

I need to change the name of the account holder. The virtual assistant is not available.

 

Please advise how I can update these details.

You will have to contact O2 by phone or social media.

Although you can change the address or contact details easily the name is a different matter if you are under contract as a credit check was done in that name
