My phone display has broken, and I cannot recieve texts directly to my number on any other device. I am trying to log in to my O2 to switch my Esim to an old phone, but it won't let me in without verifying my number, which I am not able to do. I also can't call the support line, and do not have access to another phone. Is there any way I can speak to a person online in order to be able to get in to my account?

You can't just move your esim to another phone as you'll need a new esim code.
Best and quickest way is to go in store with photo ID to do it.
Might also be wise to swap to a plastic sim for now whilst swapping phones around.
