Cannot cancel despite contract being over- what the heck?

I’ve been trying to cancel. I am kept on hold for hours. I cannot do this online. This is predatory and unacceptable. Can someone please get this resolved? This is only venue now left to reach out as I am not in Uk. Ridiculous.

Hi, yes guide very helpful. I want to keep my number. But it does not show how to cancel and no option in app. I’ve now been on hold for hours where help told me I need to speak with a team but again has left me on hold. Unacceptable.
