Phone unused for ~6months, owner in a care home with Alzheimers & Dementia. I have no access to the security code/question info, or the phone (it's missing).
I've tried twice so far to cancel via Customer Services call. The lack of security code and Power of Attorney results in me being transferred once or twice and ultimately cut-off both times.
Is there an easier way?
