I have changed from EE to yourselves on a sim only eSIM and I’ve been completely cut off since the 4th November and have no service provider.
I cannot log into MyO2 as the only way to verify me is to text me with a code… as I’m not connected to a service provider I’m not receiving any calls or texts and therefore cannot verify myself to log in.
Which means I cannot get the QR code to set up my eSIM…

@gbrown28 Do a search and you will find many with esim problems with O2. Easiest way to resolve your issue is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they will sort it out for you. Be sure to bring photo ID with you, and also consider getting a physical plastic sim instead, which will cause you a lot fewer problems.
