That's the knock-on of dealing with so-called Trusted Resellers or Trusted Partners. Good luck!

@Ianblack84 If you do a search on the forum or on Google you will find mostly negative comments about Aerial Direct. Sorry to say, but you've been had, and there's nothing you can do to get out of your contract with them.

I'm not sure the OP is dissatisfied with Aerial and maybe quite happy with their service?
