Hi,
I am using £10 data Big Bundle, but I neither call out nor receive calls. Since I have purchased O2 for 15 Pounds on Mobiletopup, I can't call 4444 to redeem my purchase. What can I do with this problem? Any other alternatives to redeem my purchase? And why I can't make phone calls?

Your best bet is to call O2 in the morning. Try 4445. Other numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Best time to call is 8am.

I tried it. However, I am still not able to call 4445/4444. My phone showed call failed.
