I was charged for a couple of SMS despite having a “failed delivery” message and confirmation from the recipient they did not receive them. I went to the Support tab on the app and isn’t it just typical there is no phone number there? God forbid they let you speak to an actual human being! I can’t send a message either because “all agents are busy” repeatedly. Bunch of gangsters. I regret switching from Vodafone who have far better 3G/4G reception and slightly better customer service. O2 seems to adopt the Ryanair approach to customer service.

It is in a link on every page called the contact us link, even the footer on the forum and if you arent a business customer you need to call 202 or 0344 809 0202

Ok, I just found through a search engine there’s an 8002 number we can call from our mobiles. Why don’t they spell this number out clearly on the Support tab? It isn’t rocket science.

It is right at the bottom of the page, and you click the type of account, as just been on that page....
