Can not login to My O2 app

I'm having trouble logging in, it keeps saying the app is not available to me, even tho I have managed to login to the app before.

TRy uninstalling and reinstalling the app

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
