Hi I'm wanting to upgrade my phone as my current one has broke, because of this I cant receive verification codes which i need to upgrade my contract.

Could you please give me some advice regarding this or should i just go to an O2 store?

Just go to an o2 store, with photo ID is the best and quickest way to upgrade.

Just a warning though, if you still have a balance on your current device plan this will need to be paid off in full before you can upgrade.

You can put your sim in another phone to receive the code.
