Hi, this is Jeongkil who used to use the number, xxxxxxxxxxxx

 

I left the UK on the 19the of August and asked for the end of using O2 before.

 

However, O2 is billing me again with some extra for late payments this month.

 

I just want to finish using it so I am willing to pay what I have used  but I can't for the extra.

 

Also, plz, don't email me or bill me again after this.

This is not O2, @Jeongkil - you will need to have followed this process to cancel and close your contract: Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

As you are now away from the UK, you will need to ask O2 via Social Media at the link below this post how this can be resolved. Contact numbers will cost you +44 7860 980 202 unless you try Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype to call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217, opening hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm. Saturday – 8am to 6pm. Good luck!

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
