I'm having difficulty getting any real help. It's a crazy time so I'm trying not to get frustrated. But I need to get help. My phone screen randomly cracked when I didn't drop it or do anything weird. It's a z flip. I need to get it fixed. I tried online and they say to call but when I call its an automated message that tells me to use the website. I can't get into a chat with anyone who can help. I'm going around in circles trying to get help. If someone could give me some real advice or help I'd really appreciate it. I did fear this would happen to the device but literally never had a single problem with it until just now when I took it out my pocket and there's a stress fracture across the bend and some light fine scratches radiating from the horizontal stress fracture. It looks like a took a thick pencil and drew a line across the middle of my screen.
