Please can anyone help me before I throw my phone out of the window.  Have tried calling O2 many times today but can never speak to a human. Terrible customer service that you cannot actually speak to anyone recording just says go to My O2 and and then call is ended!!

Anyway, every time I have a call, I can hear my voice repeating what I just said, if that makes sense.

I have tried turning phone on and off and it is still doing it.  I am getting so frustrated because it is impossible to have a conversation with anyone.  Can anyone help pleaseeeeeeeee :-((

Thank you

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

If you have a cover on your phone or if it is in a case, try removing it first and see if it still does it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
