I have made many calls over the last week with regard to a non delivery of a new iPad. O2 assured me as did DHL it would be delivered to the shop below me yesterday but the driver didn’t read instructions and didn’t deliver. I’m fuming. O2 patently are going to charge me from 17th Oct for this device but I don’t have it so want this delayed until the iPad is received to the shop. Terrible service and customer service is appalling at getting back. This must be delivered today to the shop.

You need to contact O2 to suspend billing as this is a customer lead community, not O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
