If you can log in via a browser to https://accounts.o2.co.uk/ then uninstall app, reboot phone and reinstall app. If it still does not work, give it a few days, use the Web browser version meantime.
If the Web access is also not working, reach out to O2 via Social Media, the link just below has the ways to do this. Good luck, @MarcinP.
