A lot of people are having problems and it's throwing up an error message. Try deleting and reinstalling the app but if that doesn't work it may be a matter of patience until they fix it. Also try rebooting the phone and if it still persists after a few days then call customer service
In the meantime use the web based app.

Overseas doesn’t matter as people in the UK including myself have been getting issues

Hi @jorgecosta, how are you doing with the app this week - are you still experiencing issues? If so, it would be very useful to hear more about the issue itself e.g. if you're getting a specific error code as mentioned above?
