I have been with O2 for years, but have never realy needed to accses my account.
i know i set it up ages ago abut if i log in via website using email and password it shows my 02 with no phone details.
if i log in via mobile number and a 6 diget pass code sent to me i get to see my details but if i click on stuff it then asks for account pasword and takes me back to an empty my o2
i know contract ends soonish and i was looking at a new contract but although it says (on the phone number way) i have renewing offers, if i click it says i dont have renew offers.
sorry if the post is confusing but i am just going round in circles right now going nowhere
