No matter what I do I am unable to access my account, so I can’t see what my data usage is, what extra charges are for etc.
I migrated from Virgin Mobile several months ago and originally was ok but all of a sudden when I log in it tells me I have no services.

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try.
