£10 Rolling plan and using my phone abroad.

I currently have a £10 rolling plan and am planning to visit the Netherlands for a weekend. Do I need to add something to my plan to be able to phone the uk.

In the summer I went to Jersey and could receive calls from the UK but could not make any calls home even though I still had lots of calls and data on my phone.

As Jersey is not part of the EU or UK you would have needed additional credit to use your phone.  As the Netherlands are part of the EU, you can use your phone as you do in the UK
