I am unable to access My02 app as when I log in I get a Code 4 error message. I was wondering if anyone else is having problems like this.

For clarification I meant it had just come back on. Briefly I could sign in and check my bill. Now I am just getting the page display and am unable to access my bill....
So...it has been down...up...and only halfway up now
