02 app error message

I am unable to access My02 app as when I log in I get a Code 4 error message.  I was wondering if anyone else is having problems like this.

You could try ringing customer services on 202 contract or 4445 payg.

It's still down with the same error code which is unusual. Maintenance is usually done around midnight and the early hours so it's either a major update or a national problem.

I have called O2 on 202 and they could not help as all the systems are down, the advice was they are trying to sort it as quick as possible.

Yes it's not routine maintenance, that's become quite apparent. Let's hope they sort it out as quickly as possible.

Does 'just' mean its working but slowly Cleo, or are certain pages/features not working?
