Phone repairs

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have had a problem with my local O2 shop. My phone was returned as it was faulty within the warranty period. This was repaired and sent back to me. So far, no problem. The phone failed again 3 weeks later so I returned it again. This time it was returned without being repaired with the comment that the phone had been tampered with by an unauthorised repairer which was rubbish. The only people who had the phone was O2. The manager of the shop has refused to do anything about the situation even though logic would suggest that the "tamper" was done by the first repairer at O2.

Help!!!

If your phone is still within the manufacturers warranty period (usually 2 years) I would suggest you deal direct with them - let us know how you get on.
