Hidden charges

I travelled to Ukraine for a 2 weeks , on day 11, I have received the message that I been charged £465 for incoming phone calls and check my bills
Such a bad customer service, why they couldn’t notify on beginning of my travel, instead waited till I had to pay them such a huge bill
But it is bad business for you dear o2 , we have 4 contracts with o2 in our family and paying you thousands of pounds year by year, I am your Customer since 2003 and I had a lot of strange bills from you but this one is the last one ... no more o2 for me ...

You can monitor your usage yourself at anytime in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Normally people would research roaming charges before travelling.
