Such a bad customer service, why they couldn’t notify on beginning of my travel, instead waited till I had to pay them such a huge bill
But it is bad business for you dear o2 , we have 4 contracts with o2 in our family and paying you thousands of pounds year by year, I am your Customer since 2003 and I had a lot of strange bills from you but this one is the last one ... no more o2 for me ...
