Chat not initialized

Anyone else having a problem with livechat?  7 times my 'livechat" has "not been initialized".  I've tried the phone line but there doesn't seem to be an option that covers my query and I can't get a person.  Anyone got any ideas how to communicate with O2??

When you call on 202 select option 2 then zero and you will be put through to an agent.

With regards to live chat you can try a different browser or clearing cache and cookies.

You are better speaking to someone though....
