wrong charger sent to a UK address

Unbelievable...a phone just delivered and definately not a UK plug attached to the charger :((( so frustrating when I need the phone

If you are desperate you can still use an EU plug in a UK socket but you can also get adapters.
If you call customer service they will arrange to send you the correct charger.
