The only external visual difference is a new colour (to match the iWatch range of colours) and internally it gets a new processor which will make zero difference in real life and touch screen pressure mapping.
The rest is all software which will probably come with iOS9 anyway.
Nothing much to stimulate even the most die hard of Apple fans in there......
