Galaxy S6 Edge Plus home button loose.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Im almost due an upgrade,so I went into my local 02 shop today. I'm interested in the S6 Edge plus, but the phone on show had a loose home button. It felt like it could fall out. So I Googled it and there is a fault it seems. The S6, S6 edge and the plus are having problems with the home button not working or being loose. Have any of you had the problem? I'm bothered about having one now. I've got an LG G2 and will probably waait for the G4 pro now.

If you take care of your phone it will be fine.
If you abuse them they can fail - same with any phone by any manufacturer.

Why would you expect a demo phone in a shop that's probably been abused by hundreds of people to be in good working order?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

The new handset that the store hands to you will have no problems

Do a Google search and you'll see that there is a problem. The phone has only been released a month. So a shop model should work ok.

If you are that worried, don't buy it.
I know lots of people with an S6 or Edge and they've not had any problems at all, but no one is forcing you to buy.
You also get a 2 year warranty if anything should go wrong.
