Why have I been charged for'voice' when I have unlimited minutes? What is meant by voice?

Voice covers all calls. It's possible you have called numbers not included in your minute allowance.

 

Numbers such as 0800. 0845 and 0870 are chargeable calls as are international and premium rate numbers.
