unordered sim mess up!!

I'm very dissatisfied, I never ordered a sim nor did I want to have to go to the 02 shop new years eve get a replacement sim which still isn't working I left my daughter for a trip to London had no internet as the sim mess up messed my new year up.
3 hours spent finding where I had to go as I had no Sat nav and rely on my phone. Couldn't speak to my family contact my poorly daughter and spent hours in the cold lost.

Absolutely disgusted with the service as soon as my contract is up if not before I will be cancelling.
Protocol should be in place so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

But why has this been able to happen? I never wanted a new sim And to be cut off from everyone. Because o2 has clearly made a mistake no apology just terrible behaviour on here

Best thing for you to do is to call.CS and have your account checked. And as mentioned, switching the phone off and back on might with the activation of the new sim

Terrible. Rudeness. Sarcasm isn't needed. Clearly I DID. I have not ordered a new sim And my network was not working following a email from o2 stating thanks for the order of your new sim To which I didn't order. Mess up clearly. So I then went into the o2 shop where they have me a sim which I didnt want and I'm still without network

I have no idea who you think is being rude.
It would help if you quoted what others are saying - what do you mean, "clearly I did" - did what!?!?!?!?
