Hi all,
I have recently today have toppe my phone by £10 and the tariff useually come through straight away. this has not happened and saying i have £10 in my account but still nothing has come through for my tariff. also i have given customer services a call and they said to use the website which i am finding not very helpful.
anyone know wy this is happening or can help me get my tarif going?

If you mean your allowance, it starts again on your anniversary date not when you top up.
