I'd like to know why a communicatiosn company like O2 cant answer the phone and actually SPEAK to clients?
The worst example of 'take the money and run' that there is.

Customer services are limited as many are working from home.
Here's a way to get through...

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I would remove your personal data (name and mobile number) as this is a publicly accessible forum, and someone with nefarious intent now has your mobile number and name....
