What has your biggest problem been when calling o2 referrals?

Sorry... i mean has anybody applied online for a contract... and then had to ring o2 referrals for a decision? If so im wondering if there has been any prolonged problems on the way

You are only passed to them if there is an issue with your credit worthiness, I gather they will get back to you as soon as they can.

 

One of the biggest problems is people not being on the Electoral Register and having to produce other ways of verifying their home address.

Can you even ring that team? I don't know they were customer facing. I thought it was just an email service? If you have been referred it will be because of an issue with your credit check. Some issues might be very minor but some can be major. The computer will not automatically authorise unless the CC is perfect hence the referral team come into play to analyise the decision. Each case is different so no one can honestly say if there were "problems".

I believe if you have applied online then you can ring referrals directly if referred for a decision.... but im just curious to other customer problems on the way if they have experienced any... bit of a random discussion
