"Test" post titles?

@Marjo @EmilieT @Martin-O2 we've had 3 posts in the last few days, all titled "test".

Any ideas why? What has changed on the default site settings?

The one I saw appeared to be posted by a Mod (forgotten name).

When I clicked on it, it was there for a second and disappeared. I got the impression they were testing the forum?

It came in via email which I have since deleted.

Oh yes, seen those and forgotten titles (I responded to one)

My question is unrelated to test posts by mods (unless they have noticed the same phenomenon).
It seems very strange that 3 new users would all post "test" as their thread title unless there was something filling it in for them?
I've tried various different ways to replicate it, but can't.
