Just got an email through about my bill, but I can't get on my account. Everytime I do I keep getting this message. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah everything was fine with the email. It's been happening for a couple of days now, even before I got the email. It was a brand new phone, still waiting for it to arrive. But everyday I try clicking on it in my devices, it just comes up with the error everytime.

Might be worth contacting CS (best via phone) to have your account checked.

I honestly think it would be best to ring CS. particularly as you say you are waiting for the phone to arrive...?
There have been a few people on here complaining of the same over the past couple of days. If there is a problem with the site...there is no certainty that the info you get ill be up to date anyway
