Just got an email through about my bill, but I can't get on my account. Everytime I do I keep getting this message. Anyone else experiencing this?

Was the email legitimate?
Correct date of delivery,
Correct average amount?

If so, just try later when less people going online during luchbreak.

Yeah everything was fine with the email. It's been happening for a couple of days now, even before I got the email. It was a brand new phone, still waiting for it to arrive. But everyday I try clicking on it in my devices, it just comes up with the error everytime.

I honestly think it would be best to ring CS. particularly as you say you are waiting for the phone to arrive...?

There have been a few people on here complaining of the same over the past couple of days. If there is a problem with the site...there is no certainty that the info you get ill be up to date anyway slight_frown
