problems receiving text and calls using my old number

Anonymous
Not applicable
I transferred to O2 2 weeks ago and gave my PAC code to keep my old number. All went well until yesterday when I'm not receiving calls and text from family as it is sent to the new number provided. Called my daughter and noted my new number displayed instead off my old number! How can I rectify this? Please help

Did you get anything to your old number to start with?
Are people calling your old number?

Try turning the phone off and on.
Sometimes needs a reboot to pick up the number.
If on-going then it is a split port and o2 need to re-request the transfer.
