please help o2 - lost phone

please .... on phone for 15 min s, then cut off saying department closed!!!!! lost my phone needs stopping.  if bill runs wild, sorry buy have tried to contact you.

Just call cs and stay on hold - there is a 24 hour service for lost phones and you are liable up to the first £100 if reported within 24 hours so it's still your responsibility to let o2 know....

 We have asked that the lost/stolen option to be placed as one of the initial choices months ago. Talking about flogging a dead horse....
