hi there i am tryin to get my o2 surprises but it doesnt seem to b loadin up, it keeps gettin stuck on 30%, does any1 have any ideas? thanks

It would be great if I could choose not to take up the offer that o2 is offering. On the silver you only get one choice, so what if I dont want it or on the gold I dont want any of the ones I'm offered? Give us the choice to reject please.

p.s I was offered unlimited browsing for today & tommorow. Its no good to me unless its like a week, but I had no choice but to take it.

What steve was saying is that they are offering you a few days free browsing, there is no apparent negative side to taking them up on the offer.

What's the point of offering surprises that people don't want?

What is the point of prizes none of which are desirable or even suitable?£5 off gifts which are over-priced and incur delivery charges.Or picture text messages/free browsing which not everybody uses?
