See thats the bit that ****** me off, why the hell should we have to go chasing around ACE when we are O2's customer...It's them who should be trying to keep us happy and sort this out.

Having exact same problem as you guys. Been waiting 6 weeks for replacement 3g 8gb handset. Finally gave up and accepted recon which arrived Monday (I have to say it was in pristine condition, no scratches whatsoever and came with charger, headphones, instructions and a 1 year warranty) Went straight to Vodafone shop to take out a contract with them for Iphone 4 and they offered me £175 for the recon handset. Whoop whoop whoop - goodbye O2.........

is thinking doing the same, after paying off rest of my contract and seelingthe new phone i would cost me about 120 quid to get out of the contract and walk away from o2
is seriously thinking of doing just that
