Thank you for your further email and the insurance terms and conditions information you have provided me, dated 2009. I'm sorry that I've previously provided information regarding our latest insurance terms and conditions, dated March 2010.
I have queried this with our insurance team and looked into the changes of the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to amend your current insurance claim to be processed from the terms and conditions dated January 2009. Our insurance team can only process claims using the latest policy conditions.
As the insurance policy states, contact will be made to you by letter, giving no less than 30 days notice, to any changes made to the terms and conditions.
The insurance service is administered by ACE European Ltd and they are responsible for administering your insurance contract. As you have stated, you did not receive a letter notifying you of the changes to your policy, so you will need to contact ACE direct to query this further.
