i have genuinely never witnessed a business that has worse customer service than o2. if anyone thinks about joining, i would be highly against the idea as they just like to take your money for services to don’t even use and then ignore you after. they say they received your complaints and they will be in contact as soon as possible… it has been a month since your colleague hung up on me after being on hold for half an hour with them

If you put in a formal complaint they appear to be taking about 8 weeks at present.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
