I took out a new contract with o2 about a week ago. The SIM arrived, but then due to their incompetence and lack of knowledge of their own product I had to wait on their online chat for over 15 ½ HOURS for them to sort it out, instead of the stated already outrageous 30-40 minutes !!
Is this normal?
After making a point with them, about how disappointed I was, they credited me £6!
I would rather, that they put the £6 to good use, like improving their customer service, which by the way is absolutely rubbish!

That lengthy of time seems to be a tad excessive @Goody2bgoody ! 👍
I have not seen such a comment on this forum previously so I think we can safely say that it is not normal.
