o2 seem to have minor problems in the last few months as this is twice I have had a problem logging in to my o2 pay as you go account via the app and website.
Was on phone to o2 and first woman I spoke to try to be helpful but did not explain it enough then was talking really quick and had to send me a temp password.
Second woman I spoke to was a little more helpful and I could understand her better and got my problem sorted. Seems I have had two minor problems with my o2 pay and go account since moving from pay and go big bundles to pay and go rolling plan back in November 2022.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Have already managed to get back in to my account. Just strange this has happened at lest twice since moving from o2 pay and go big bubbles to pay and go rolling plan in November 2022.
